What Facilities are available?

Facilities are very basic. There are toilets on site and running water. We have plans to have solar showers at the event this year. Please see nearer the time for more details.

When can I arrive?

The gate is open to the public from 2pm on the Friday afternoon. Traders can set up on the Friday. See you Traders Info received upon booking for further details.

When does the festival finish?

The festival officially Closes at 4pm on the Sunday afternoon, that is, nothing is scheduled after this time. We always appreciate help with clearing away and so you can hang around helping to tidy up otherwise please vacate the site before 6pm.

Can I bring a caravan, motor home or trailer tent?

There is space for this type of camping but we advise that you book early and inform us of the space you require. Also bare in mind the track to the field is pretty tight so please check if you have a particularly wide vehicle.

Is there a discount for those on limited income?

We have strived to keep our ticket prices very low. Please compare our prices to other festivals and take into consideration that all the workshops and camping is included in the ticket price! Its an amazing deal! For this reason we are unable to offer any other discounts. Children under 16 years are absolutely free when accompanied by an adult ticket holder thus making this festival excellent value for families.

Is there food and drink available to buy on site?

Yes, we have plenty of caterers at the event with a good selection of food for everyone including vegetarians and vegans. There are also shops within walking distance, a supermarket and various take away outlets and a pub. There are also tents selling tea, coffee, Chai, hot chocolate, Moroccan mint tea, fruit & herb teas and juices.

Can I bring my own food?

You are welcome to set up your own camping stoves and barbeques, please be extra safe with fire. We advise that you bring appropriate safety appliances and also take into consideration the environment. Please keep barbeques and fires on stands/legs so not to damage the ground.

Are dogs allowed?

Please leave you pets at home.

Can I sleep off site?

It is best to camp and attend the whole festival but for those of you who live locally of would prefer a B&B this is perfectly acceptable. A list of B&B's can be supplied at you request. If youre staying off site and you want to drink please make sure someone else drives. If you do decide to camp you will need to supply your own camping equipment and erect it yourselves.
